This Bookish Endeavor

I'm confused by all the negative comments about this book. Yes, it's much shorter than the majority of her other books, but i still found both the story and Aidan & Leta to be charming. Sherri stated that this was going to be 'longer than a novella, but shorter than a novel'. Considering that fact, i think she did a great job of telling the story.In addition, the Christmas themed short story, featuring many of the characters from the previous DH novels, included at the back of the book...only make this more enjoyable. Considering how dark the previous few books had been, i found this to be a happy, sweet reprieve.
